Who we are

This website belongs to MH Creative Agency (“MH”, “we”). The controller of your personal data is Nino, founder of MH. Contact: ninomuch3@gmail.com, WhatsApp +48 512 162 676.

What we collect

Only what you send us yourself through a form or a message:

• your name and phone number;
• business name and your message;
• which service you are interested in and how you prefer to be contacted;
• your audit quiz answers, if you send us the result.

Analytics cookies are only set with your consent (see below).

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare an offer and, if we work together, deliver the agreed service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). For analytics, the basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We only use the services needed to run this website:

• Web3Forms: delivers form messages to our email;
• Google (Gmail): email;
• Our hosting provider: hosts the website;
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: only if you consent.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and to work together. If we do not start working together, we delete it within 24 months. Records related to a contract are kept for the period required by law.

Cookies

The site only stores your chosen language, in your own browser, which is needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are only switched on when you click “Accept” on the banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ninomuch3@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: UODO in Poland (uodo.gov.pl) or the Personal Data Protection Service in Georgia (pdps.ge).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
